Community notice: UNHS is holding an EMS training tonight at the ambulance garage. There are two wrecked vehicles staged near the road for tonight's training purposes. There is NO active emergency or automobile crash near the school or clinic. Please call UNHS with any questions.
MC Volleyball Parents: Practice will be at 6:00-7:15 PM, Monday-Wednesday. Thursday is Back to School Night (no practice).

To ensure our students arrive safely to school, private vehicles should drop off students in the front of the school building. Buses only will load and unload on the south side of the school. Thank you for your help in keeping everyone safe!
In person school registration starts tomorrow in the MCES gym and is open from 9-3. In person registration is available from Tuesday- Friday this week.

Montezuma Creek RoadRunners Cross Country is starting on Monday, August 04 at 7:30. We will meet at the softball field. Bring your own water, running shoes, cap and a cooling towel. Parents, please park on the softball field away from the dirt road. Thank you.
Montezuma Creek Volleyball tryouts will be August 13th (Wednesday)-15th(Friday) at 3:30 pm. Parents will be notified if their player made the team or waitlisted on the 18th.

Online enrollment is open now for Montezuma Creek Elementary School and in person enrollment will begin on Tuesday, August 5. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Attention parents and caretakers! There are free summer meal kits available for kids at the Montezuma Creek food bank. You can stop by once a week and pick up food the entire week. You do not need to meet regular food bank criteria to receive food under this program. Everyone is encouraged to use this resource as needed.
If your child was/will be enrolled at Montezuma Creek Elementary School, we'd love to see them registered for the USU Steam Camp from June 2- 20! There are lots of fun activities planned!

Free summer meals for kids, beginning June 2.
If your MCES student received an orange permission slip for tomorrow's 95% Attendance field trip to Blanding, please return that to the school before 8:30 AM tomorrow (May 22). Students without a signed permission slip will not be able to attend. You can contact the front office for an extra permission slip or with any questions.
Join us this morning at 9 AM at MCES for our Student Awards Assembly in the cafeteria.
Our field trip to the swimming pool will be rescheduled from Monday, May 19, to Tuesday, May 20. The weather on Monday in Blanding will be cold and Tuesday will have much better weather for swimming. Please share this message with other parents/ guardians.
Friday, May 16: There is a lot of road construction in front of the school, so if you are coming to pick up your student today, please call us before 12:30 and plan to leave your house a little earlier than usual. Cars have been waiting up to 30 minutes to get through the construction to the school.
