The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) and the Utah State Legislature are partnering to reexamine the state’s school accountability system because the state is seeking to build a new accountability system. This will impact how schools are graded.
For this work to be successful, the state needs to hear from the public, especially educators, parents, and scholars. The survey will be open until February 18, 2022, and only takes 10 minutes. We hope you will provide input using this URL: http://ow.ly/evcU50Hy8zs

1. Sending scholars who come to school not feeling well back home.
2. Reviewing the symptom checker.
3. Implementing more aggressive physical distancing where possible.
4. Reviewing and practicing the proper way to wear a mask.
5. Encouraging scholars and staff to double mask in public.
6. Heightening attention on surface sanitization.
7. Continuing to limit events to 25% capacity.
8. Continuing to use Canvas.
9. Keeping our smiles on behind that mask!
Parents and families can help by:
1. Texting (801) 633-6755 to get absence excused and request homework.
2. Reminding scholars about each person needing a 3-foot bubble.
3. Reviewing and practicing the proper way to wear a mask.
4. Encouraging scholars to double mask in public.
